DG Farms CDD and the YMCA are partnering to provide FREE swim lessons to the residents of DG Farms (Sereno) at the community pool, tentatively scheduled for sometime in July. Once dates are finalized, the HOA will send a notice to residents with details; you may also revisit this site for more information as it becomes available.
The Children’s Board Mobile Swim Lesson program is schedueled to take place according to the schedule below...
- July 12 – 16, 2021,
- 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm (lessons will be 1:30-2:15pm and 2:30-3:15pm)
CDD Board of Supervisors - Open Position

There is currently a vacant CDD Supervisor position that will be appointed by the sitting Supervisors at the August 11, 2021 CDD Meeting.
DG Farms Residents who are interested in applying for the position should submit a resume highlighting their community and public service, as well as any applicable work experience, to [email protected] for the Board's consideration. Please be sure to include your name, address, and contact information. Please also note that all information submitted will be a public record and subject to public records requests.

Welcome to the official web site for the DG Farms (Sereno) Community Development District (CDD). This site is funded on behalf of the Community Development District in an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the district, and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day operations of the community.
DG Farms Community Development District Disclosure
Please be advised that the DG Farms Community Development District (the "District"), a local unit of special purpose government created under Florida law, has constructed and is responsible for the maintenance of certain improvements, infrastructure and facilities within the District. The District financed this construction through the sale of tax-exempt bonds, a form of public financing. As a result, and in accordance with applicable federal and state law, all District owned improvements, infrastructure and facilities are and shall remain open and accessible to the general public. Should you have any questions on this matter, non-resident user fees applicable to District recreational facilities, or any other general District issue, please feel free to contact the District Manager.
