DG Farms CDD
YMCA Swim Lessons (Community Event)
Mobile Swim Lessons:
Participants must attend all 5 days and the program is geared toward non-swimmers and beginners only. During mobile swim lessons, parents must remain on the pool deck. Throughout the week of mobile swim lessons, we will offer water safety education and CPR education for parents/caregivers while their children attend their swim lesson.
Please see the registration process below and the attached information.
Each class time will have a maximum of 12 spots equaling 24 spots for the week. Classes are ratio based for safety reasons. YMCA will provide two certified swim instructors, who will teach 6 children each time slot.
YMCA will take reservations for the 1:30pm time slot first. If they do not have enough participants then they won’t offer the second time slot (TBD).
Registration forms & liability waivers should be sent via email to [email protected].
Once the timeslots are full, we will start a waitlist in the order the registrations are received.
Waitlist participants are encouraged to come the 1st day of lessons; if a registered participant does not arrive by the start of their class, their spot will be given to the 1st person on the waitlist.
Below are the the 2021 registration form and YMCA liability waiver, as well as some background materials on the program.
